In theory, the disperse dye is dispersed in the polyester, and the dispersion concentration of the dye gradually decreases from the fiber surface layer to the inner layer, which makes the surface layer gather more dye molecules. Therefore, the quality of soaping fastness depends on two aspects:

One is the size of the interaction between the dye itself and the fiber molecules. If the force is large, it is difficult for the dye molecules to be soaped out of the fiber surface layer, and the opposite is the opposite when the force is small;

Secondly, in the finishing process after dyeing, the residual amount of dye molecules on the surface layer of the fiber. If the subsequent treatment is relatively thorough, the residual amount of surface layer dye will be minimal. Soaping makes it difficult to fade the zipper tape.
